Calf Rescue Call

This young calf was found lying by the side of the street for two days. He was hit by a vehicle and left injured. When we found him, we saw ants crawling all over him, while he was covered in wounds, with a fractured leg. 💔

We gently lifted him and brought him to our sanctuary. His front leg was fractured, so a cast was placed, and his wounds were cleaned and treated.

Today, his condition has improved significantly. While he is still a little wobbly, he is much stronger and much safer. 💛
