A New Life!!!

A pregnant cow delivered a healthy baby calf after a gruelling labour.


This mother cow was brought to our sanctuary by her owner; it was heartbreaking to know that she had been run over by a vehicle, leaving her injured and disabled. She was unable to stand or move.


Later, when she went into labour, her pain worsened due to uterine prolapse and dystocia, which made her unable to deliver the calf. Our veterinary surgeon immediately intervened and safely assisted in the delivery.


A new life was born into this world—a gentle, tiny calf. 💗
