A mare rescued from misery!

A mare (female horse) was in desperate need of help, lying idle along the side of the road for days. A vehicle had run over her, severely injuring her hoof. She was in dire pain from an open, maggot-infested wound.
Our veterinary team rushed to her side and immediately began treatment on the spot. After a few days of ongoing treatment, she is now able to stand again with a little support, and her courage is truly commendable. đź’›
She is currently under constant care and treatment at our sanctuary, and we look forward to seeing her return to full health soon. ❤️‍🩹
