We received a call that one cow was run over by a lorry when she was sleeping on the road. Hoof in one of her legs got damaged and another leg got fractured. She was lying in the pool of blood. Mr. Vinod informed us immediately and waited in the spot till our vehicle reached.
We immediately took to the Madras Veterinary College. Splint was fixed for the fracture and doctor advised to give antibiotics daily along with wound management.
She is in our sanctuary and we are hoping that she makes a recovery soon!
